In November 7 - December 4 of 2008, McDonald's Happy Meal had a promotion with Dreamworks Animation for the theatrical release of the animated feature film Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa. This premium set consisted of eight figures. The premiums also had the ability to speak several, simple phrases when a button or switch was activated.
